Photos and Face Data
We collect user-uploaded photos, which may include images of their face.
Use of Photos
User photos are used solely for job application processing and profile functionality within the Service.
No Biometric Processing
Photos are not analyzed using facial recognition technology, nor do we generate or store biometric identifiers, facial templates, or other derived biometric data.
Sharing of Photos
When you apply for a job, your photo, name, phone number, email address, and brief introduction will be shared only with the potential employer to whom you apply. Apart from this situation, we do not sell or disclose user photos to any other third parties, except trusted cloud service providers that securely store the data on our behalf.
Retention of Photos
User photos are retained only while your account remains active or until you delete them. If you delete your account or request deletion of your photos, they are permanently removed from our systems and cloud storage within 30 days.
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
- To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities available to registered users.
- To contact You: by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the Service.
- For other purposes: data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, and your experience.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
- User photos are retained only while your account remains active or until you delete them. Once deleted, they are permanently removed from our systems and cloud storage within 30 days.
- The Company will retain and use other Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce legal agreements and policies.
- The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen security or improve functionality, or we are legally obligated to retain it for longer.
